Shipping Rates within the US, GU, Puerto Rico,VI, AK and APO/AE addresses can be calculated by clicking the 'apply' button on the checkout page.

Priority Mail means that those order will usually be processed within 1-2 business days and does not include ship time (ship times are listed below).

If you require Express (overnight) shipping please contact me before ordering for a shipping quote.

Order Processing:

Here at Butters-N-Bars we strive to maintain levels of excellence by handmaking, packaging, and processing each and every single product manufactured by us.

All orders are made as soon as the order is processed and for that reason we ask our customers to allow 1-4 business days for order fulfillment depending on volume of incoming orders.

In the event that there is a delay due to volume of orders, customs and receiving, or otherwise PRIORITY orders always ship first.

You get the freshest hand made skin and hair care products available because each butter is made to demand. No extended shelf lives means the highest quality products delivered to your door immediately after production!!

Shipping:

After order fulfillment, we ship immediately via USPS or Fedex unless a different carrier is requested.

International orders and APO FPO orders are welcome

Butters-N-Bars is not responsible for returned parcels or parcels not received because of address mistakes on the part of the customer, nor are we responsible for courier mistakes or loss or damages because of negligence on the part of the courier. These matters must be taken up with the courier directly and each customer receives valid USPS or Fedex tracking information.

*EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY*

Any parcel returned will entail an automatic refund of the purchase price less shipping charges at that time the customer can simply reorder and correct any address mistakes on the new order.

Any shipping error made on the part of Butters-N-Bars will entail a reshipment at no cost to the recipient.

Butters-N-Bars is not liable per these policies for loss incurred in package transit we will reship if the customer agrees to pay shipping charge for the new shipment nor is Butters-N-Bars to be held liable for any lost, damaged, or 'undelivered' parcel that is indicated as "delivered' by confirmed trackable information(i.e. customer tracking number).

*Special note- if a parcel is damaged due to poor packaging, or if an item is missing from your order, or if you are sent the incorrect item.

Butters-N-Bars will always reship once reasonable proof of damage is provided by the customer.

Any damages with an order or missing/incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of order receipt.
