I would like to take a moment and thank everyone for their
beautiful comments and questions, really keeps me on my toes ;-D Below I have listed some of the most frequently asked questions and would like to let each and everyone know if you have specific questions not addressed here feel free to contact me below. I am not a medical professional, nor am I certified by any government regulated agency, but I have done my research and every advice is just that, tried and true...hope I can help whomever I am able to :-) Who can use shea butter? Anyone who wants their body to thank them, regardless of ethnicity or age. The only exception would be some who has a 'nut allergy (please consult a physician before using shea butter if you do) How long will my shea butter stay fresh and does it need refrigeration? Shea Butter has a shelf life of around two years and it will keep much longer in the freezer if you desire longer storage. It requires no refrigeration and can be kept in a clean airtight container right on your shelf ! Why don't you sell yellow shea butter? Yellow shea butter has a root dye extract added to it to enhance it's marketability, it has no medicinal value and no benefit and for this reason I do not offer 'yellow shea butter' , just the good stuff without any additives Can I use shea butter in my hair? Yes! both the unrefined and scented shea butters here are wonderfully safe for hair. Can I use the black soap on my face? Yes! Raw Black Soap is a terrific facial cleanser and with a good diet,regular exfoliation and proper moisturizing will leave you glowing. Are all your products All Natural? With the exclusion of only the synthetic fragrance oils we use in some of the scented shea butters, every ingredient we use is completely natural and all are totally safe! Do you know anything about natural or transitioning hair? YES! I myself have been 'naptural' for nearly 7 years and have dealt with hair of all types and textures, done consulting and personal hair care lesson sessions. I am happy to answer any natural hair questions or offer advice to anyone who needs it! Does your company accept money orders as a form of payment? Yes we do, just contact us below with the items you wish to order and we'll send you an order total, confirmation number and mailing instructions.
