About Plastisol and Lids: The lids with a vacuum seal button and a plastisol liner. When sealed properly the vacuum seal button fully depresses, indicating a proper seal. This plastisol liner (which cannot be removed), is a vinyl material, that when heated, and then solidified, creates an air-tight seal. Plastisol should not be exposed to temperatures above approximately 190F (88C); as it may deform or come loose from the lid. Please test a sample.

This information has been provided as a general guide. Please remember, it is your responsibility to test your product's compatibility with Butters-N-Bars packaging.
